It is an opportunity to meet other carers\, share experiences and have some time away from your caring situation. \nIt is an Informal peer support group co-facilitated by Pasda and Carers of West Lothian with the occasional guest speaker or wellbeing activity. Carers of West Lothian have information about local contacts and events whereas Pasda specialise in information and contacts related to neurodiversity/autism.

SUMMARY:Pasda Walk and Talk
DESCRIPTION:The July walk will be from Saughton Park to Stockbridge along the water of Leith on Saturday 19th   July 2025 \nPlease meet John Gannon at Four Square Park Café in the Saughton Park at 10.45 am for an 11am start. Public Toilet facilities available at the café. \nWe plan to finish at Stockbridge about 12.30pm where we will pop into one of the numerous cafes for a light lunch and a cuppa or soft drink. \nThe walk has good paths and generally flat terrain with the exception of 34 steps leading from Roseburn Terrace to the water edge. There is a handrail at the steps. \nWe hope that you will be able to join us to see wildlife\, trees\, gardens and the lovely Dean Village along the beautiful river\, not to mention the company of other carers. Fingers crossed for a sunny day.
