It is an opportunity to meet other carers\, share experiences and have some time away from your caring situation. \nIt is an Informal peer support group co-facilitated by Pasda and Carers of West Lothian with the occasional guest speaker or wellbeing activity. Carers of West Lothian have information about local contacts and events whereas Pasda specialise in information and contacts related to neurodiversity/autism.

DESCRIPTION:Next walk for Members as follows . \nStart location will be  main entrance to Dalkeith Country Park via Kings Gate  on Dalkeith High Street\, Dalkeith  at 10.45am \nThere will be  approximately a 2.5 mile walk on level tarmac paths \, there are  no steps or steep hills. \nPlease dress appropriatley . \nRefreshments  will be taken in cafe at restoration yard inside park. \n
