DESCRIPTION:This group is for unpaid carers who are supporting someone who cannot manage without their help. It is an opportunity to meet other carers\, share experiences and have some time away from your caring situation. \nIt is an Informal peer support group co-facilitated by Pasda and Carers of West Lothian with the occasional guest speaker or wellbeing activity. Carers of West Lothian have information about local contacts and events whereas Pasda specialise in information and contacts related to neurodiversity/autism.
