Internet Safety Workshops

Sometimes the Internet can be a confusing place, full of jargon and complicated language. Pasda are organising a series of four Internet Safety Workshops which have been designed to give carers practical skills and how to keep people safe online.

The workshops will be delivered by Marek Cairns, (pictured below) from West Lothian Council, and he will be supported by Richard Fry from Pasda, it will cover topics and issues such as:

•Cyberbullying
•Shopping safely online
•Online grooming
•How to protect your family online
•Online friendships/dating

The dates for your diary are:
Thursday 2nd, 9th,16th, and 23rd of March 2017

Time: 10:30am until 1:30pm

Venue: Number 6 One Stop Shop, Hill Street, Edinburgh.

Lunch will be provided curtesy of Pasda.
